Day 1
Haridwar arrival.

Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site in India. Located in Uttaranchal, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred ghats (bathing steps), Har Ki Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps.

On Arrival,  you will be met and transferred to hotel. check in at hotel

Afternoon, if time permits, visit Hari-ki-Pauri to take Holy Bath & to see Ganga Aarti in the Evening.
Rest of the day at Leisure. Overnight Stay at Hotel.

Ganga Aarti in Haridwar: Ganga Aarti in Haridwar’s Har –ki-Pauri is one of the famous rituals in India. It starts around 1830hrs after sunset, with large crowds gathered around both the banks of a canal that carries the waters of Ganges.

Day 2
Haridwar & Rishikesh Local Sightseeing

Rishikesh, in the himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River, is another city, closer to haridwar.

It is the only city in the nation that draws the attention of domestic and international travelers in large numbers, every year due to its yoga, meditation, and other healing practices.The city is renowned as “Yoga Capital of the World”,  a center for studying yoga and meditation. Temples and ashrams (centers for spiritual studies) line the eastern bank around Swarg Ashram, a traffic-free, alcohol-free and vegetarian enclave upstream from Rishikesh town.

Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula
The iconic landmarks of the city, Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula are known for their religious significance and architectural charm. These suspension bridges span across the sacred river Ganga connecting different parts of the city.
The area around Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula is bustling with activity. Numerous ashrams, yoga centers, and guesthouses are located in close proximity. Pilgrims and tourists frequent these bridges to soak in the real essence of Rishikesh. The ghats near the bridges are used for religious ceremonies, including bathing rituals and evening Ganga Aarti, which give another reason for tourists to flock to these places

Triveni Ghat is the most crowded ghat, where you can take a dip in its waters to wash away all your sins and purify yourself from the inside out. Named after the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati River, Triveni Ghat is a hub of devotion. Devotees gather here at the time of evening aarti to offer prayers and perform rituals. The tranquil atmosphere coupled with the chants of hymns and the aroma of incense creates an ethereal ambiance that touches the hearts of those who visit.

Breakfast is taken at hotel.
Later drive to Rishikesh. visit Temples & Ashrams. Ram Jhula & Lakshman Jhula.
Later, return to haridwar for overnight stay.

Day 3
Haridwar / Mussoorie
Distance – 90kms / 2-3hrs

Breakfast is taken at Hotel. Later, drive to Mussoorie – ‘Queen of Hills’.  On arrival, check in at Hotel and spend your free time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overnight stay in Hotel in Mussoorie.

Mussoorie, the hill station in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range, is about 35 kilometres from Dehradun and 320 km north of the national capital of New Delhi. The adjoining town of Landour, which includes a military cantonment, is considered part of “greater Mussoorie”.

Mussoorie is at an average altitude of 2,005 metres (6,578 ft). To the northeast are the Himalayan snow ranges, and to the south, the Doon Valley and Shiwalik ranges. The second highest point is the original Lal Tibba in Landour, with a height of over 2,275 m (7,464 ft).

Day 4
Mussoorie Local Sightseeing

Breakfast is taken at Hotel. Later, proceed to enjoy the beautiful Kempty Falls, which offers a mesmerizing panoramic view as the water falls from the mountains. Afternoon, walk on the mall road and enjoy Ropeway Ride at Gun Hill point- a favourite place for viewing picturesque Himalayan range. At Gun Hill point you can photograph yourself in a Traditional Local (Pahadi) outfit at your own cost. Evening, at leisure with chosen activities or enjoy free time for shopping. Overnight stay in Hotel in Mussoorie. Note: Please carry a swim-suit while visiting Kempty falls.

Day 5
Transfer to Dehradun
Dehradun is the capital of Uttarakhand and is famous for its religious places and scenic beauty. This hilly city is also the gateway to the popular tourist destinations like Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Nainital. At its core is the 6-sided Ghanta Ghar clock tower. To the southwest is Paltan Bazaar, a busy shopping area. Just east is the Sikh temple Gurdwara Nanaksar, topped with ornate white and golden domes. In Clement Town to the city’s southwest, Mindrolling Monastery is a Tibetan Buddhist center with shrine rooms in its Great Stupa.

Breakfast is taken at hotel. Later, return to Dehradun. On arrival, check in at hotel hotel.  Day at leisure / visit Mall or  if time permits, visit Mindrolling Monastery, Robber’s Cave, Tapkeshwar Mahadev, Sahastradhara, F.R.I Museum and Zonal Museum.

Day 6
Departure Transfer
Breakfast is taken at hotel. Later, transfer to Dehradun Airport / haridwar railway station drop to connect onward journey
