IMPORTANT NOTE

Kailash Mansarovar is known as the abode of Lord Shiva, many people of different ages want to travel here without worrying about demographic factors.

The high-altitude location limits children and older adults from going up there. Likewise, respiratory issues are likely due to the cold and extreme altitude conditions.

A person aged 18-70 is likely to have safe and convenient travel given they choose the proper trekking or travel agency for their journey. But this does not necessarily mean anyone with health conditions can go here. Even though the main temple is dedicated to the great lord, it is situated in one of the most strenuous locations.
