KATHMANDU & POKHARA

NEPAL, formerly the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal is a landlocked country, mainly situated in the Himalayas, bordering Tibet of China to the north, and India in the south, east, and west, while it is narrowly separated from Bangladesh by the Siliguri Corridor, and from Bhutan by the Indian state of Sikkim. Nepal has a diverse geography, including fertile plains, subalpine forested hills, and eight of the world’s ten tallest mountains, including Mount Everest, the highest point on Earth.

Kathmandu is the nation’s capital and the largest city. 
Pokhara, a city on Phewa Lake in central Nepal, is known as the gateway to the Annapurna Circuit, a popular trail in the Himalayas.

Day 01
Arrival at Kathmandu Airport. Meet our representatives and drive to hotel, Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 02
After breakfast Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddanath Stupa, Budhanilakantha, Royal Palace Museum, Queen Pond. Later, drive to Pokhara 210 Km ( 05 to 06 hrs drive ) offering view of Rivers, Terrace fields and captivating view of the Annapurna Range as you near the city – scenic lake city.  On Arrival check in at Hotel.  Later, if time permits, feel free to take a stroll thought the city in the evneing or relax by the lakeside.  Overnight stay in Horel Pokhara.

Day 03
After breakfast visit Bindyabasini Temple, dedicated to goddess Durga- the deity of supreme power, right in the center of the market.  Davis fall  (Patale Changgo, which means underground waterfalls in Nepali), Gupteswar Mahadev Cave also known as Gupteshwor Cave, a limestone cave with its shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. Watch the  Seti River George standing atop the Mahendra Pul. Later, Regional Museum, Phewa Lake & Tal Barahi Temple. Overnight stay in Hotel in Pokhara.

Day 04
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu en route visit Manakamana Temple ( where temple can be reach via cable car ride ). On Arrival, check in at Hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 05
After breakfast, drive to Kathmandu Airport to connect your flight back home.  Come back to the mystic land of the Himalayas, which holds many more exciting destinations, spectacular mountains and many secrets to be told.
